You have the sweet and bitter pleasure of meeting a self-proclaimed Prussia with a huge ego. He laughed a weird laugh that sounded like a snake hissing before speaking. “Keseseseseses! It’s okay, frau! I know that my awesomeness is so awesome that people just want to run into me!” He slapped your back hard, causing you to wince slightly, but you forced a smile as he continued talking. “The awesome me is so drop dead gorgeous that girls run into me all the time.”

All your might was put into not rolling your eyes as you listened to his egotistical rant. As you listened, you stood awkwardly, staring at him and checking him out. He had silver-white hair that amazed you. You just wanted to touch it to see if it was real and not a wig. Then his eyes caught your attention. Pure red. You’ve never seen a human with red eyes before and automatically though of an albino bunny. Comparing the bunny to this egotistical man, you giggled quietly once a picture of him as a bunny who would think he’s so awesome popped into your head. That seemed to fit in a way but you didn’t even know the guy so you didn’t really know if a bunny was accurate enough to compare him to.

He caught your giggle and grinned, feeling that he was winning you over. “Yeah, you can go ahead and admire me, frau. I won’t stop you.” Then he flexed his muscles as if to impress you.

You snorted. “Sorry, but I need to get going. I’m meeting a friend in the café up ahead and I’m already late. So…” Slowly walking around him, you offered a small wave.

“Oh, okay.” His smiled but it didn’t reach his eyes. You felt concerned when it seemed he was sad but then he laughed, covering up his feelings. “I might see you around, frau!” He waved and walked along the sidewalk, stuffing his hands in his pockets and slouching a bit.

Saddened by the way he looked from behind, you frowned. You really had to get going to see a friend, it was no lie, but he probably thought you wanted to get away from him. Wanting to chase after him, you reached out a hand some little ways before being tugged on from behind.

Glancing behind you, you noticed a man trying to steal your purse. Heart beating fast and you grip instantly tightening around your straps, you shouted, “Let my purse go!” The people around you finally noticed what was going on but none would help. He pulled hard and sent you falling forwards before he jetted off. “Thief! Thief!” You yelled, trying to get someone to help you. All your important things were in there. Wallet with your money and ID, your phone.

You slowly stood up, wincing a bit at the scrap on your knee you gained. When you checked on your small wound, you noticed a familiar figure run by you really fast after the robber. Your (e/c) eyes widened when you quickly glanced up to see the silver haired man who seemed very arrogant and full of himself chasing down the man who took your purse. Actually, you found it very comical for some reason.

The thief seemed terrified when he noticed he was being chased. The man who you ran into looked really serious and frightening when he ran towards him. You limped your way after them, passing the café to follow them until you got your purse back. Your friend noticed you pass by and she instantly got up from her seat to follow you.

“(F/n)!” She yelled towards you. You turned, smiling sadly at your Hungarian friend. “What’s going on? Why did you pass the café and-,” she noticed your small scrape, “what happened?!”

“I-I ran into someone and he kept me waiting before I told him I needed to go, then some guy stole my purse which made me fall, and now the guy I ran into is trying to get my purse back for me.” You quickly summed it all up and Liz nodded, serious as she grew angered.

“Which direction did they go?” You pointed and the both of you continued after them. Soon enough you found the two fighting over your purse in the alley. “HEY!” They stopped when Liz yelled. She cracked her knuckles, tilting her head towards you. “Which one stole your purse?”

“The one who’s the shortest and trembling in fear right now.” You noticed both the men were trembling slightly, but the silver haired man was slightly taller than the thief.

“Okay.” Liz soon stepped forward, coming closer to the two of them. The thief soon let go of the purse and backed off with his hands up in defense. The Hungarian glanced at the man who now held your purse and she scowled. “You? Really?” He smiled shyly, waving his fingers at her before inching towards you. “Whatever. Give that back to, (f/n). I’ll handle this guy.” She then grinned as she went to clobber the thief and teach him a lesson.

The German man nodded, quickly going over to you and handing you your purse. “Here you go, frau.” He smiled kindly.

Sighing in relief, you hugged your purse to your chest. “Thank you.” You smiled sincerely at him, causing him to blush slightly. “Really. No one else looked like they were going to help.”

“They’re idiots for not helping a beautiful frau.” He chuckled slightly, looking at your leg and seeing the gash on your knee. “Did he do that to you?” You nodded and he seemed to get angry as well. “I’ll be right back.” He turned back around. “Hey, Liza! Leave some clobbering for me! My awesomeness needs to teach him a lesson about marring the skin of a pretty frau!” He cracked his own knuckles as he stepped closer to the others.

“Be my guest, Gil.” She dropped the guy, already black and blue in the face, before walking back over to you. “Have your fill. I’m going to call the police so they can take care of him after.”

Once Gilbert took over her place, Liz smiled at you and sighed. “So you know that guy?”

“Unfortunately.” She shook her head. “That guy stalked me for a few years, never giving up until he got the message through his thick skull that I wasn’t interested him.” You freaked at the stalking part but she chuckled. “Don’t get me wrong, Gilbert is a very nice guy when you get to know him. He’s just full of himself and likes showing off his strength half the time.” You nodded, glancing at Gilbert. “Also, he has his good qualities. I would just look out for his temper and bad mannerisms. That’s all.” What you didn’t know is that Liz withheld some information about her childhood friend. She didn’t want you to discover Gilbert’s secret quite yet.

“You’re automatically pairing me with him in your head, aren’t you?” Elizabeta laughed once you asked that. You sighed, shaking your head. “Liz, I told you so many times not to do that. I will choose the person I want to be with. Dates with other guys are nice but I’d rather not have a blind date.”

“Well, it wouldn’t be a blind date since you two sort of know each other now.” She turned around, nudging you. “He’s your hero right now. Your ‘awesome’ hero.”

You laughed. “Boy, Alfred would not be happy to hear that. He’d be very jealous that someone got to be the hero.” Liz agreed, soon shouting towards Gilbert.

“Hey! I think that’s enough lesson time, Gilbert!”

“I haven’t fully taught him anything yet!” The German man protested.

“Yeah, well, you have a damsel to look after!” His face turned red before he laughed, grinning, dropping the poor, beaten man to the ground. She then turned to you and whispered, “We can do a rain check for today. You should let your hero take care of you.” With a wink, she pulled out her phone and dialed 911, walking some little ways off out of the alley.

When Gilbert approached you, he smiled sheepishly. “Sorry if I’ve come off terrifying because of this. I just can’t help my awesome strength.”

You shook your head, giggling as you blushed slightly. “It’s okay. You helped me get my purse back. That’s all that matters.” He nodded, glancing at your knee before doing anything else. He knelt down as he pulled out a clean handkerchief from his back pocket and took your knee to wrap it up. “W-What are you doing?” You felt your shyness coming as he came closer to you.

“I’m taking care of your wound.” He bluntly stated. “I don’t have any peroxide or anti stuff but you should at least have it wrapped up.” Gilbert slowly wrapped the (f/c) cloth around your knee, tying a knot in the back tightly so it stayed. “There. That should do for now.” He smiled, standing back up and looking into your (e/c) eyes. “My name is Gilbert, by the way, but you can just call me Awesome if you want.”

“My name is (f/n).” You smiled up at him, feeling that though he seemed very egotistical about himself that there were other qualities in him. Good qualities. Like compassion and generosity. He did just help you from a thief, along with your friend Liz, and wrap your wound. Maybe Liz wasn’t entirely wrong to instantly pair the two of you together, but you still wanted to get to know him as a friend first before anything else.
So here's Prussia. I have my own way of writing for him but I'm studying the way he usually comes off as and what his personality is really like. I also need to study is other persona, too. Geez, too much studying for this series. xD
